I renewed my prepaid plan online yesterday for $30, got a text saying that the credit was added on but when I tried to call somebody I was told I had insufficient funds to make the call. It would be really great if I could get some help with this issue

Hi! Likely the plan was renewed but had difficulty attaching itself to the plan. Kindly visit your local Telus and have the agent manually apply it back!

I have the same issue and went to a Telus Kiosk yesterday and the agent said he could not find my phone number. I tried calling Telus support and was on hold indefinitely so eventually hung up. This is very poor customer service.
