Prepaid plan promotion stopped after 1 month

I am in the $100 prepaid plan with promo 2G monthly data since last month, but I received message that the promotion expired and I cannot use data anymore! can anybody help me?

I bought the $100 prepaid plan with promo 2G monthly data yesterday , but today I check my account that only  30 days promotion. anybody help me? Can you help me?

Hi MarkChen, you mentioned that your promo was set to expire in 30 days? Was this meant to last for a longer duration? And which plan did you activate?

Yes, I called TELUS and finally got the promotion back. This month is the third month and everything is working fine.
