Hi,
I am trying to cancel my Internet and Smart security Services, I talked to loyalty department and they sent me return equipment email confirming that they have cancelled the services. I returned the equipment and when called for confirmation they are saying the services are not cancelled.
Cannot reach loyalty department through calls, have to wait atleast 1hr on call and still they couldn't help me with the cancellation. Need help to cancel my account immediately as I am moving out of country and couldn't reach out to Telus from there.

There going to bill you well over 1000$ for any cancelation and bill you more for equipment they will tell you they won’t , and then they will bill you for canceled service for months too after as if you never canceled and then tell you u agreed to it after they forge your name of course

They also don’t call back or answer the phone if they do it’s just to be put on hold again

This is not the Telus I have been loyal to for as long as they became Telus by name.
Do you have proof the equipment was returned and the copy of the email (original)?
If yes then make sure to cancel any auto payments. Keep trying and document each time.
Do PM Telus_Support here and go that route as well.
You can consult a lawyer if you want. Do not be intimidated if you are in the right and have not left out any details.
If you are in BC google CRT and get familiar with filing a complaint if they attach your credit.
