Notification system not armed same time every day

I spoke too soon. I thought I had fixed the problem with the forumโs help.I did see where I could turn off the notification which automatically got put on when the technician was here. I turned it off and I see it is still turned off. However, it still gives me a notice every day at 11:15 that the system is not armed. I checked again just now and it is definitely not on. Now what do I do?
