Telus Customer service is truly HORRIBLE!!! 

For two weeks from 12 May 2025, i have spent countless hours each day on the phone with Telus' customer service. Never mind the long wait times, to get to speak to someone. Some of the agents are downright rude and not trained to handle customer queries. 

 

i recontract my services. The Telus agent who signed me up for a few services which i did not need, such as Wifi Plus and Home View. I was sent a doorbell camera that does not work with my existing doorbell wiring. 

 

On two of the calls, the agents were shouting at me. It is not right to have these people on the front line. 

 

i also spent several hours with Home View Tech Team / Smart Home Care Department who tried to help me with the set-up. Eventually i was told i am not able to use the Doorbell Video camera with my existing wiring. No one is able to help with alternatives. Why should i be tied down for 3 years with a subscription that is of no use to me? 

 

Telus, please make right.
