I have tried to cancel my home security and my home phone 5 times, which I never wanted when I moved in here two June's ago. I have called and spent significant amount of time making sure it will be cancelled and every time it isn't!!!! This last time I thought for sure that it would be but no. Didn't happen? Anyone have experience with this and why do they not have email?

Luck of the draw I guess. It seems to depend on who answers the phone. This forum and @TELUS_Support appears to work better than most reports of calling tech support by phone.
