I have been trying to cancel sportsnet on my optik tv and it won't work on the app or the web. Always say problem loading your channels, try again. I am so frustrated that I am close to canceling my service. Is anyone able to assist me with this?

Oh my gosh! I'm glad I'm not the only frustrated customer. Telus behaves as if one has no choice but to use them. You can't get anyone and then they do not provide the information you need. I've been trying to get a situation with my bill rectified for over a month, which I thought was dealt with after I spoke with them. They are happy to take your money but provide absolutely no easy way to contact them! And then they wonder why complaints are made.
