Hello, I am moving out April 30th 2024 and need to cancel internet service. Call Telus and I am waiting for the instructions to return the modem/booster. It has been quite a while and no answers.
What am I supposed to do?

Hi there @chevykarla - the agent that you speak to will be able to direct you on how to return your equipment. Have you scheduled a cancellation yet?
