Access Hub NH20A Installation

I have received mixed information as to where the white box should be installed. It is on a glass table below TV but have been told it should be installed on the wall? Can anyone here tell me what is correct?thanks folks.

Utility box wrap

@TELUS_Support There is a TELUS Utility box in our front yard. It already has a wrap but unfortunately it’s been graffitied. Can it please be cleaned off or rewrapped? It’s in Langley at 211th and 93rd Ave. Thank you!

Can't restore wifi network

Hi, I have tried everything offered on the Telus self-help site to restore my wifi network but it still won't work. It's not my devices, it's the network itself. Can anyone help?

landline porting to Voip

Why does when porting a landline from TELUS local landline numbers that call the ported number get a "this number is disconnected" message yet when calling from a cell or outside the the local exchange the numbers can connect
