TELUS Ontario Fibre Contact Number

Does someone have the direct number to the support team? The regular internet support line team says it's the off net team but can't find an outside number to give me. There's no number on telus.com for the service. Also, what are their hours?

Internet Price is higher than I signed up for!

When I signed up My internet it was supposed to be $70/month, but after a month it went up to $130/month. Then I went to take a look at my agreements somehow it was changed without my consent and it's supposed to be a 2 year agreement!
