Immediate Action Required: Unjust Activation Char

I am writing to demand an immediate resolution regarding the unjust activation charge that has been applied to my account. This charge is in direct violation of the promotion I signed up for, where the activation fee was explicitly advertised as free.

I canceled the service within 3 days of installation, well within the acceptable timeframe, and was clear in my decision to terminate the service. Despite this, you have chosen to impose a charge under the false claim that I did not proceed with the service. This is entirely unacceptable.

Let me make it clear: I should not be held liable for this charge, and I expect it to be reversed without delay. The terms of the promotion were clear, and your failure to adhere to those terms is both frustrating and disappointing. I will not tolerate any further attempts to charge me for services I did not use and actively canceled.

 

I expect a prompt and thorough review of my account and an immediate correction of this error. If this matter is not resolved swiftly, I will have no choice but to escalate this to higher authorities and consider alternative actions.

 

I trust you will act quickly to address this issue.

This was for Home internet service. Signed up at a promotional event at my condo. Yes, I did contact the support. They were rude, and were only bothered to put their answer on record, rather than listening to my problem.

They won’t  —They said that they would deal with damaged floor.  Faulty tv internet boxes  would not  bill me for them coming out to put newer boxes and modem in but there tech apparently signed a bill in my name and said we agreed to a 1000 dollar bill no joke 1000dollars to replace there faulty boxes dropped the modem on hardwood floor put big gouge in it and said we then agreed to be billed 1000$ don’t trust them ever there loyalty team even said we wouldn’t be billed but guess what we are and paid 1300 to fix the damaged floor
