Does your bill specifically state this charge for your previous phone that was on the BIB program? If so any specifics of note included on the bill stating the reason(s) why you are now being charged the $300? Was the phone returned in the condition stated in the Bring-it-Back FAQ's? Have you tried contacting Telus and inquiring about this matter?
