customer agreement

Just wondering if its normal to send a new customer agreement in French only. I understand Canada is a "Bilingual " Country. I did NOT receive an English copy of the new agreement and have struggled to contact someone who can provide this for me.

Unable to report text spam

Lately I have been unable to report text spam to 7726, as per Telus page Report a spam message. When I try to send it, I get a response in red, "Message not sent: invalid message". Why is this happening?

Bring it back Program

I am looking at participating in this program but what am I paying for upfront?What am I paying for through my monthly payments? If I am paying 20 dollars extra a month does this go toward the phone?and what is my end cost? iPhone 14 Pro MaxDue today...
