My Telus pre-paid account has been disconnected. On March 23 2025, i purchase Talk and Text 100, which came with additional unlimited nationwide minutes, MMS and SMS, and 2 GB data monthly for one year. I purchase this and had it set up at the Timmins Telus outlet. I pre-paid a total of $120 before taxes for this. Yesterday, I received text messages from Telus telling me that the data SMS and unlimited calling promos had expired effective April 23. This should not have happened. How does my account get re-instated and how can this be prevented from happening again in the future?
