Im just wondering if anyone has ordered the sim online and whether the code comes with the email confirmation? or if they had to wait to get by mail? Doesn't say anywhere on their website how you get.

When ordering an eSIM online, a physical plastic eSIM voucher is shipped  through Canada Post.
