Telus Neighbourhood account - Cannot log out!!

I cannot logout of the Telus Neighbourhood account!
When I left click n the Avatar it only gives me My Profile, and My Settings.. where is the log Out option?

What web browser are you using?
I see My profile/My settings/My subscriptions/Sign out
I'm using Edge as my browser.

Click on the little profile image in the very top right (with your frog avatar) and a little popup menu should appear, with the very last option being 'Sign Out'.

I also cannot log out. When I click on the profile image all that is there is My Telus Web, and My telus App.
never had this problem before.

What you are describing is the menu from the main telus.com site for accessing My TELUS. The TELUS Neighborhood site where this forum resides is a different site with a different login. Go to the top of this page and click on your profile icon in the upper right. You will see this:
