Cameras lose signal, poor signal strength lose camera feed.

My cameras for the last month have had a poor connection, always cut out and are not working properly. It’s is becoming a nuisance paying for equipment that isn’t working. I have worked with a tech and have not received any info on how to fix? Is there a fix?

Hey @Raddmartin - the cameras might be too far away from your router and might need a repeater depending on their location. You mentioned speaking with a tech, what was the outcome of the call?
