Cancelled 3weeks ago & still got charged

Cancelled Telus/ADT security on March 5 and still got charged a monthly fee on March 21st. Another phone call perhaps more than one just to solve such a trivial matter!

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Charges can sometimes appear on your bill if the cancellation was processed after the billing cycle began. Please send a private message @TELUS_Support , and we’d be happy to review your account and ensure this is resolved.
