Home Security Account not activated

I signed up for a doorbell camera when I renewed the Telus internet contract in November.

Since I was busy, I just replaced the camera yesterday.

 

Now, the Home Security App isn't accepting my Wi-Fi password, which is Telus, too.

I talked to 4 agents for 2 hours, I was told my Home Security Account seems not to be working (not activated, sounds like). I was paying for the service for 6 months without notice. 

 

The issue with the camera isn't solved yet. I was told that "someone" will call me back "sometime" next week.

I don't have a ticket number. But I don't want to call customer service again and go through the security questions with every single agent.

 

Do you have any suggestions?

 

FYI, I restart modem, delete and re-install app (several times), on and off wifi, reset the camera, restart my phone!
