I am coming to the end of my rope with Telus! Last month I was billed $1.42 for late payment on an account that is supposed to be automatically paid from my bank account! I paid it. Now I am again being billed $1.42 for late payment !!!
I have had NOTHING BUT TROUBLE with Telus ever since we switched over from Rogers. Am very seriously considering switching back to Rogers.
Telus service is absolutely awful! Getting hold of anyone is virtually impossible and then we reach someone in another country with limited comprehension.
Never had such a terrible experience!!
