I have my tech appointment for install early tomorrow morning. Telus office customer service is closed for the weekend and my telus ap that I downloaded ready for install appointment says that it "cannot load my information". Can the tech help with that when he arrives?

Yes its possible. Just ask them politely to guide you.

Hi @lindaturner59 - your information won't load until the technician has made sure that all of your ordered products are installed and he has signed off that the job is complete and that you are satisfied.
I noticed that your install is today so you could ask the tech
