New customer. Changed my theme packs online 24 hours ago. New channels not showing and now when I go to the optik page on my telus I get "something has gone wrong". If I use my telus app it just hangs on optik TV page. Not a good start to new service.

Yes I did but I knew it wouldn't do anything because the web does the same thing. Its something on your side.

How long should this take? Its been 4 days now. Seems crazy to just update channels. Not a good start to my subscription 😫
