I have been with Telus for 25 yrs & trust u to deliver the better service & best competitive price point plz review

Does any1 have contact number or link to a Telus Loyalty Manager or supervisor??

Im working Overseas in Thailand on reverse business hours..

Talk to a Phillipine supervisor & he left me a number that now not works..
Promised a solution more than 1 month ago & still waiting

@GRIZBOY There isn't a specific email for this team but we took a look at the case ID and re-escalated it for you. We've asked they prioritize email correspondence given your situation.

Do you really want to spend an hour on the phone?

It is possible to communicate by email if you first file a complaint from by logging into your My Telus web page.

To answer your question, no one seems to have that phone number.
