We are a company who decided to switch our 7 lines to Telus Business. We get billing issues every few months from Telus. Previously they had removed some discounts from one line which they fixed it after my multiple calls to customer care and frustrating long wait times. Once again now all the 7 lines are showing our 20% SMB Cross-Sell Promo - OAP discount got replaced with 15% SMB Cross-Sell Promo - OAP. This has increased the monthly bill for all the lines, This is not acceptable and needs to be corrected asap and credited back. We originally started with BOYD MTM plans and slowly they got majority of our lines switched over to a contract with device upgrades. They are now raising the prices amidst the contract stating discounts are not combinable. Telus can not keep trying to raise my bill every so often without my knowledge or acceptance. If this issue is not fixed asap, I will be reporting this to CRTC.
