I’ve received a win-back deal to return to Telus from Koodo. They sent me a SIM card, but I’m unable to port my number because it starts with 306. I live in Alberta and want to keep my old number—this wasn’t an issue when I ported it to Telus three years ago and from telus to koodo last year.
