Ideally, I'd be able to pick up the phone and ask someone, not so with Telus..I am trying to determing why the TV portion of our account has increased $13.19/month, even though our service has not changed.  All I can see is a 'premium add on discount" of $11.00 has decreased to $2.40.  No idea what this even means or why it's changed.  The amount of debiting and crediting going on is worse than a bank statement.
