Alarm system migration - now service cancelled ?

I contacted security because of the 3G shutdown, they proposed a deal to replace and upgrade the equipment. I accepted the proposal and the installer came in on time this morning April 21st.
We discussed the work order. We have hidden wired sensors connected to a box that makes it wireless to the panel, our doors have hidden wires and it was installed by Protectron in 2017 that became ADT and now Telus, worked like a charm until NOW !
The Installer had only wireless equipment and was going to screw the on our doors rather that connecting to the exiting wired to wireless or upgrading the module, I told him he did not have the right equipments, he could not get anyone to answer so he departed.
Tonight I have to travel and leave wife and young kids without an alarm system and panic button, our neighbour was robbed a few months ago and we always arm in stay mode.

We tried to arm like always in stay mode and alarm.com app does not work ! And when I looked in my Telus account it’s cancelled. 
i tried support and it’s not answering at this hour just the “if you have a alarm” that answers.
i went to try to find escalation to reactivate our panel and service and it says 2 days delay…

 

What’s the best way to get someone to help us? Please
