Prepaid plan but don't have BONUS100

Hi, I just activated my $100/year prepaid plan, but the BONUS100 promotion was not applied to my account. Could you please help me activate this bonus? My phone number is *removed number for privacy reasons*

I have a similar problem.  Is it allowed to add my situation here?  We transferred my wife's phone last May 15 and yesterday we transferred my own phone at the same store for the same plan.  However, when I got home and checked my email, the confirmation sent to me did not mention the Unlimited nationwide minutes, SMS and 2GB monthly for one year with new activations.  The website has it on, I believe the blackboard they had on the booth in the mall mentioned it too.  The email now mentioned 400 minutes of calls and 400 SMS.  Thank you for your help.
